Order Process

Printing Proof Approval

After the sample cost or first payment has been received, We will ask our Graphic Design Department to make a printing proof according to your design file. At which time we ask that you confirm it back to us indicating your approval. 

Physical Sample

Once your artwork has been approved, your order will then be sent into production. We will make a physical sample and send it to you to confirm it. and it can be sent to your door to double check if it’s needed. In this way, it will have sample courier cost. and we can also take images and video for you to confirm, in this way, it can save money and time:) 

Art Approval

after sample is confirmed, we will move to bulk production. Generally it takes 5-25 days according to different items. 

PS: If you have a deadline for production, please let our sales know in advance. If you do not specify a timeline, your order will be processed in standard production time.
